Standards of midwifery care can be seen from the scope of midwifery service which includes 25 standard and classified as a public service standards, standards of antenatal care, delivery assistance standards, service standards childbirth, emergency obstetric and neonatal handling standards.
General Service Standards
Standard 1 (preparation for a healthy family life)
Midwives provide counseling and advice to individuals, families, and communities on all matters relating to the kahamilan, including general health education, nutrition, family planning, preparedness in dealing with pregnancy and become parents Talon, avoid bad habits and support good practice .
Standard 2 (recording and reporting)
