Hand Treatment with Simple Way

Often we forget to do the treatment arms, as we treat our face.

Though, no doubt, you most often use the hands to do the activities every day. In contact with various objects, dirt, and even chemical substances.

To get the skin smooth and beautiful hands, you do not have to go to the salon.

Performs maintenance on hand, you can do yourself with a simple, easy and fast, and cost is not expensive. So, here are some tips to get my hands soft and smooth:

1. To remove the dirt on the surface of the hands, use warm water and soap with a high content of moisture to wash your hands.

Choose a moisturizer with the best quality, ie containing nut oils, as it is easy to absorb into the skin and hands feeling soft and smooth too.
5. Nursing other hand, follow the steps on the first point, then rub rose water on hand. Perform gentle massage on your hands. Besides making skin feel soft hands, also provide a refreshing aroma.
6. You can also soften your hands with a little almond oil into your laundry tub. Water is able to soften the skin, because content of the oil will keep your hands moisture.
7. To remove dead skin cells, you could dissolve the sea salt mixed with Lemon. You can rub this herb with an unused toothbrush in hand. If you do it regularly for a couple of times a week, then you will get skin soft hands, free from impurities of the skin.
8. To add softness, further treatment is to wash your hands all over your hands with warm water, then use your hands washlap and rub gently. When your skin starts to look damp, apply a mixture of one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon of olive oil.
9. Insert your hands into small plastic bags, then put into cloth gloves and let stand for thirty minutes. Thermal conductivity will help the absorption of this hand treatment.
10. The following ways can you apply. Heat one cup of milk in the microwave for 30 seconds or until warm, but comfortable to the touch. Soak your hands for five minutes to strengthen nails and hydrate skin. Content in milk not only contains lactic acid, alpha hydroxy acid which is capable of peeling off dead skin cells gently, but also contain calcium that is useful to strengthen brittle nails.

There is no reason to neglect your hands. Begin to care and treat equally to all members of your body, including taking care of your hand.
